Our own model portfolios

Choosing and holding any investment funds, without reviewing them, can lead to significant volatility in the value of an investment. For this reason, we recommend that you regularly review your investment strategy. 

We offer a number of our own investment portfolios, we construct them by combining a mix of investment funds and take into account shifting market conditions. Both long-term and short-term strategies are applied to the portfolios.  They are then subject to quarterly reviews; we believe that this approach is better than any single longer-term buy and hold strategy. The results, so far (as can be verified by many satisfied clients) have been excellent, particularly over the last year (2008).  Please note that the portfolios have still suffered some losses, but they are far less than comparative benchmarks.  This is one of our flagship services and they put our service proposition at the forefront of investment servicing for discerning investment clients.

Something a bit different

We offer access to an exciting ‘fund switching notification’ service; it is based on a mathematical process to advice clients to switch their investment fund choice.  As far as we know there are no other firms in our region offering this service; it is a subscription service designed to maximise your returns.  It is not for the feint-hearted as the service can choose very high-risk (volatile) funds. It is used by a large number of our clients. However, it is typically only used for a proportion of our client’s investments. Investments can mean both pension and non-pension plans.
